The assets of the Win3D company, including the WINx3D drivers, the Porta JPS viewer, the interlace utilities, etc. have been acquired by X3D.  As a result, the Win3D company is no longer able to distribute the software, or to grant any more licenses to distribute any software that uses WINx3D.
